About Us

About Us
Audioburst develops technologies and products that take spoken-word media to the next level.
Our technology transcribes and understands the meaning of auditory content in real-time enabling us to provide unique offerings to Internet users, radio broadcasters, publishers and app developers.
We call the radio segments our engine creates "Bursts". Those bursts often carry a verbal idea and we make that idea shareable for social networks and embeddable for bloggers.
For radio broadcasters we provide tools that automatically transform their content into digital assets, making it easier to distribute and monetize.
There are over 15,000 radio stations in America. Every single day they broadcast more than 370,000 hours of unique content.
We make radio content searchable in real-time, creating the ultimate search engine for radio. We also make radio content accessible on digital devices at anytime and available for search engines to index it.

Vision
We believe that auditory media will continue to play an important role in society in the future and our vision is to digitally organize that mass of audio information on a global scale.

The spoken word creates a bridge between people and computers allowing us to communicate, operate and consume information while on-the-go with eyes and hands occupied.
Besides those virtues, spoken word media carries with it nuances of the human voice adding meaning and context through, emphasis and emotion that isn't transmitted via written text.

Our vision is to unleash that auditory content, making it more easily accessible and creating a meaningful tool for a better future.
